The more ease in life, the better our bodies work. Stress causes a whole lot of illness in our bodies and in our relationships. This neck stretch is one of the easiest ways to release tension we tend to hold in our neck and shoulders.
Be light with the top hand, and send the bottom hand away. Allow any uneasinesss to move down your arm, out your fingertips and into the earth. Slowly allow your neck to lengthen, guiding your shoulder away from your ear. Repeat on the other side.
Maintain deep, fluid, relaxing breaths to ease away tightness and stress. Usually things are a lot easier than we make them. Roll both shoulders at the end, and relax them down. Affirm that your life is much easier than it now seems, and everything will be even better than you can imagine. Easy now.
